PVC Cross-Reference Guide
Color, perhaps more than anything else, has a profound influence on
appearance. It not only impacts the casework itself, it directly affects
the overall aesthetics of the environment in which the casework is
installed. In both 1mm PVC edging and 3mm PVC edging, TMI has matches for
many solid colors and patterns.
Use the following guides to determine if a matching PVC color is available
for the laminate selections you have made:

SPECIAL ORDERS
A custom color match can be done on almost all laminate colors, with the
exception of some of the patterns and woodgrains. If a custom match is being
considered for a pattern or woodgrain a printing wheel is required for each
color within the design. If the printing wheels are available there is no
additional charge. If the right combination of wheels is not available, new
printing wheels will have to be manufactured at an additional cost. The
color match and production process takes 4 to 5 weeks and a minimum order
may apply.
MINIMUM ORDERS
A production run of 1mm PVC requires a minimum order of 6,000 feet if there
is a current match available. If the match must be developed, a minimum
order of 15,000 feet is required.
A production run of 3mm PVC requires a minimum order of 2,700 feet for solid
colors and 10,000 feet for woodgrains or patterns if there is a current
match available. If the match must be developed, a minimum order of 5,000
feet for solid colors and 10,000 feet for woodgrains or patterns is
required.
A production run requires 4 to 5 weeks lead time for processing.
