Architect Richard Burns was challenged with designing a contemporary conference center which would look and feel at home within an historically preserved town from the 1800's. In doing so, he sought to blend the traditional look and warmth of wood with the design flexibility and potential of laminate. TMI Systems Design Corporation was able to assist in fulfilling the vision by integrating wood into the conference room table and corner display unit.
