By working with your supervisor, TMI offers adjustable work hours to accommodate for individual situations which may occur outside of TMI.
CareNET
The slogan of TMI's intranet is "Information at Your Fingertips". Specific information for Backlog, Sales and Production is readily available at every workstation, along with other Safety and Employee related tools.
Participative Management
TMI employees have the opportunity to travel to meet with vendors, participate in industry trade shows, and are included in management planning sessions.
Quarterly Company Meetings
Each quarter TMI engages all employees in a business meeting, in which sales, customer information, financial and general topics are discussed. Employees can thereby be in touch with the company's direction and offer questions or ideas that they feel are important to their needs.
Work Life Committee
Employees have a platform to voice any work life issues through the Work Life Committee. Individuals from all areas of the company meet once a month to discuss any ideas or concerns.
