All TMI employees are paid competitively in the industry.
Personnel in the TMI factories normally work four 10-hour shifts, either in days or evenings. A weekend shift of three 12-hour days is also a very popular for many. A shift differential incentive of $1.00 is paid for evening and weekend shifts.
Office Employees
TMI Office Employees have a wage matrix that offers flexibility and pay progression features, as well as cost of living increases to maintain progression with the economy.
Over the road Drivers
You do not need to relocate to Dickinson, ND to drive for TMI Transport!
Drivers earn pay through a per-mile arrangement and the TMI Driver Incentive Program. TMI Drivers average 7 to 10 days out on the road.
